A wise physician I once worked with said he never starts his patients on new medication until 2 years have passed. It does make alot of sense to get the post-marketing data and feed back. I am currently on Dupixent that worked so well for about 6 months and its effect seems to be diminishing. If it wasn't for the congestion I would be fine as my resting O2 sats are in the mid-90's but the airway congestion is extremely bothersome regardless of a rigorous pulmonary toileting program. Just ready for some relief!

Gm Kdalada. I’d never heard of “pulmonary toileting” until you wrote it. I looked it up and I think it’d be kind of you to explain it to others on the forum here. It would probably benefit others.
