I attended the Mayo two day LC classes in June. They were virtual appointments of 2-3 hours. I found them very informative with many suggestions for home care. I especially appreciated the information about what is currently known about the how the virus acts in the body. The science of it makes sense to me and enables me to understand what is happening in my own body. I did take the compounded LD Naltrexone for about a month but quit when I developed a rash. Now the dermatologist tells me it couldn't be the Naltrexone since the rash didn't go away when I quit. So I'll try it again for my lightheadedness especially.

Thanks for this information. I think Long Covid patients can manage two hour virtual appointments much better than 4 hour ones. I would certainly recommend attending them after these changes were made because the information is very helpful and has helped me ask the right questions at medical appointments. For me the best part was the coaching segment (which was apart from the actual classes) as the coach reminded me of the recommendations, kept me focused on making the changes that I needed, and helped me develop some concrete steps towards achieving my goals.
