Medication Related Necrosis of the Jaw and infection in the Tori

Anyone diagnosed with MRNOJ? I also have an infection with a fistula on the Tori (bony growths that can develop in the mouth) and I suffer from TN RA Sjogren’s,
SVT and more bur MRNOJ is my last diagnosis and they want to do surgery.

@kenyalama, there are also a handful of discussion around jaw necrosis issues based around osteoporosis medications. If you are comfortable sharing, was there a particular medication or treatment for one of your listed diagnoses that specifically triggered the MRNOJ?

The medicine I took that caused it was Prolia; given for severe osteoporosis. 2 injections. I knew my bones were bad. steroid’s given during aggressive chemo were also harmful. Even with “ great” insurance, the generic FORTEO will cost me between $1500 and $4000 per month.
