Thanks Colleen. As my radiologist said " This is easy for me to say, but I am not at all concerned with your PSA. For SBRT, or for any trials I am doing, your numbers would not raise any flags. This could be a bounce, or a more realistic PSA number given the last two were still under the influence of ADT." Having said that, we will still consider the 0.09 as the nadir, unless it goes lower. Heading back in 3 months, and really not all that concerned at this point.
