Thanks for your suggestions.
I'm interested in the Liquid IV. Have never heard of it. Our Target store has it.
Recently at night, I have been using hydration drinks sold in local food stores. (You do have to make sure it's not an energy drink though. ) At night, I've had limited success with the Gatorade Zero but I have to be careful with the flavors. Seems as if I've developed a sensitivity to acidic foods, red sauces and orange in particular, sometimes chocolate and cinnamon.

kacey1,
Yeah, sensitive seems to tag along with dry mouth.
Since these drinks are electrolytes, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, etc... I have not tried this, but I wonder if there is something in pill form, chewable that would help at all. I have no idea, but when my brain gets out of the fog it is in, I will look around. When we give suggestions to each other, we have no way of knowing how the costs will affect us... the Liquid IV, at Costco of course is a huge bag. I ran across it online, that's what made me check the sugar content. Online I was able to buy a trial pack of 4 different flavors. That gives us the option of sugary and flavors with out buying the Costco bag. That is how I learned that green grape flavor was 🤢🤢🤢
I think Gatorade has a "frosted" flavor profile, which really dialed down the intensity of taste.
