One year anniversary of PMR, now at 2.5 @ 0.5 per month, and taking 2000mg of Tart Cherry capsules.
I got a Covid vax yesterday (the Novavax flavor), and aside from a little arm irritation and flushing initially, I have had absolutely zero side effects since.

When did you start to reduce by 0.5? I realise things can start playing up at around 5mg so might consider starting reducing by 0.5 instead of 1 mg then or is that too soon. So glad the end is in sight for you.
