Yes, just got the latest booster and have had long covid since early 2021. Only consequence was a day of flu like symptoms. The benefit I believe is that it reduces the chance of going to the ICU or dying from a possible future covid infection.

Yes, people are so different. The vaccine paid off for my parents. I was amazed when since day 1 my dad, age 87, who has CHF and CKD, had no issues with the Moderna vaccine or boosters. Then early this year he got Covid, tested positive at PC, (went there thinking it was RSV) but he recovered well at home after a couple of weeks. My mom did the same. I avoided it that time. I had it last fall.

I have the same feeling as you do in the US. I have had long Covid almost 4.5 years from 1st infection. 3.5 years since the most bang one. My Drs don’t seem to want me to have it. I’m really not wanting it. Hope that is best!!
