Having hot flashes and fatigue 2 weeks after stopping orgovyx. Is this to be expected and for how long?

I'm entering the phase of my treatment as well, and my general research has shown that these side effects are probable to happen until the testosterone levels recover to nearer normal levels.

There is probably a study on this, but I think that age plays a role and also the type of ADT you are/were taking. I did an injection of Eligard so it will likely continue to leak into my system for a while. I'm 53 and my health team indicated there it is probable for a modest recovery in 6-15 months.

This depends on age and luck. The older you are the longer it takes to recover testosterone. One rule of thumb is it takes as long as you were on the drug to recover your testosterone fully. With Orgovyx it usually comes back quicker however.

I was on Orgovyx for 6 months, and it took about a month for the hot flashes to stop. My pre-treatment T was about 580, one month after completing Orgovyx it was back to the low 400's, from a low of 14.
