Yes bronchiectasis. I read that 3 bacteria were found in this disease and that 2 of them were Staph and Strep. That is why I asked. Thank you for the information.

Actually, the are two most common bacteria that attack our Mycobacteria Avium Complex (MAC) also known as non-tubercular mycobacteria (NTM) and Pseudomonas. Neither is a staphylococcus or streptococcus bacteria.
Maybe you were thinking of what we call the Big3 - which are the antibiotics used to treat MAC/NTM - these are azithromycin, rifampin and ethambutol. All 3 are used together because the bacteria will become resistant and not be killed if just one is used.
Pseudomonas is treated with a different class of antibiotics.
