Hello,
I have lumps on either side of my neck, but not on the neck. They rest posterior to the bae of the neck. I also have a swollen lower face. After a year of seeking help locally with no answers, I went to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fl. For me it's the Buccal glands in the mouth that have herniated. Impossible to think that both ENT specialists I saw were clueless. The only remedy for me is to have liposuction. I did, and am not sure if they continue to herniate, or the doctor did not remove enough. Each day is different with the amount of swelling. This coming week I go back for additional removal. There is nothing to be done for the lumps beside my neck as there are too many nerves there. And the MRI says its an accumulation of fat, there and also the ones on my face. Of course we do not know if this is Covid related.
I also have hyperhydrosis.
Wishing everyone all the best.

Interesting. I also have hyperhydrosis. Now I did get a CT scan too that said saliva glands were swollen. The point is why 🤔
