I wasn't given any options. I was seen by practice that had zero availability for the next yr bc one of the docs saw my scans, bloodwork and was very concerned that I would soon have a traumatic injury due to the weakness and my levels indicating such bone loss.

@kell4042 it is hard when access is so limited. But you now have at least a year to look into better alternatives. The risk with osteoporosis is NONtraumatic injuries by the way.

Some of us consult with Keith McCormick, a chiropractor who wrote a very useful book entitled "Great Bones." He charges $350 I believe for initial consult in person or by phone. His book is available online and has a lot of information.

I have had two reduced doses of Reclast and am due for my third in December. I cannot be sure that what I am experiencing is due to Reclast but I get it.
