What type of breast cancer monitoring do you have done since your mastectomy and reconstruction?

The first 15 years I did check ups mammograms and CT scans I think even a few MRIs.
Since I had the mastectomy and reconstruction I have only gone back for ultrasounds twice.

I've moved 1400km away from my surgeon and my oncologist relocated to Australia so I need to start with a new dr in Somerset.

I seem to have a weird sagging and wrinkled part on my lower breast it is possible it's just because I'm getting older and the reconstructed breasts skin is also getting older.
