If you have an infection from a clogged salivary gland, there may be an infection which needs antibiotics. This happened to me with all 3 salivary glands at different times within the first few months of diagnosis with type 2 diabetes 26 years ago, until I got my blood sugar under control. Each time it went away within about 2 weeks with antibiotics. Warm compresses may help them drain, and feel more comfortable. Let us know how it goes!

Hello!! I just looked at where those glands are and mine are much lower. I thought lymph node, was corrected by an ENT Dr. but it sits below jar ear area in my neck. Size of a medium jaw breaker. Like 2.5 inches x 2.5 in. They have had me in antibiotics 3 times in a row for UTI due to a prolapse of my uterus and bladder. It’s still the same size though. 🤔
