Withdrawal from orgovyx: How long will fatigue and hot flashes last?

I was on Orgovyx for 6 months, and it took about a month for the hot flashes to stop. My pre-treatment T was about 580, one month after completing Orgovyx it was back to the low 400's, from a low of 14.

Just had my first post Orgovyx T test and, after 5 1/2 weeks, my T is at 360. Glad its recovering so fast. Fortunately, PSA has stayed low at .3 (had radiation in June 2024 as primary treatment).
