I had issues with what I thought to be my lymph nodes. I wound up being my Saliva Glands in my neck. I have read and heard other with Saliva issues as well. Dr would probably be best to make sure and if so, treat them. Best of luck.

I also thought my lymph nodes were swelling and very tender. I also found out it was my salvia glands. At times they swell so much, they seem to cause swallowing issues. My many specialist told me to try sour candy to help make the glands to work overtime. Because of my gastrointestinal problems from covid, I used peppermint. My gland swelling has reduced, to the point that it is not an issue for me.

I had same feeling that my lymph nodes were swollen. I had my PCP do an exam and had the same response as kellysmail2016 posted.

I do have tremendous drainage and tons of saliva caused by past sinus surgeries and allergies.

I suggest the same as kellysmail2016 to have a ENT or your PCP do an exam to find out exactly what it is.
Good luck!
