Have plantar fasciitis in one foot. Can be very painful and
unable to walk if I don't take care of it.
In the past, I have had expensive foot doctors insert, which
I didn't like wearing, or I had to wear certain shoes.
Firstly, I find runners give the most arch support, for every day use.
And, then I use Scholl's inserts that I get at the pharmacy.
I notice online there are different ones.
I tried one or two different styles. Noticed one in particular was
comfortable and I could walk a lot without pain.
They cost about $15 to $18. I have used them for many years.
Replace them when they look worn, depending on how much
you use them.
There are men's version: I make sure I get the women's.
Also, there are exercizes for feet problems online.
Rolling foams and those spiky hard rolls.
I will add that my daughter also got expensive foot doctor's
inserts, and after awhile does not like to wear them.
Hope this helps.
