I'm not a medical professional, but I don't think there's any serious cause for concer — do call his oncologist and confirm, though.
I think a bigger concern would be any hormone therapy that he's on — exposure can be dangerous for women of childbearing age because of the risk of miscarriage or birth defects. When I was in hospital, there was a cytotoxic warning attached to my bed because I was on Firmagon and Erleada, and nurses had to wear special gloves to handle my urinal bottles.
Dear May,
I was totally ignorant about this treatment and you got me checking a little bit.
My fav resource is Mayo Clinic on line and they didn't mention any safety issues much beyond the patient. Here's what they said,
"Precautions
It is very important that your doctor check your progress at regular visits to make sure that this medicine is working properly. Blood and urine tests may be needed to check for unwanted effects.
Male patients who have female partners should use effective birth control during treatment with this medicine and for at least 14 weeks after the last dose. If you think your partner has become pregnant while using this medicine, tell your doctor right away.
While receiving this medicine, you will be exposed to radiation and increase risk of cancer. If you have any questions about this, talk to your doctor.
Lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan will lower the number of some types of blood cells in your body. Because of this, you may bleed or get infections more easily. To help with these problems, avoid being near people who are sick or have infections. Wash your hands often. Stay away from rough sports or other situations where you could be bruised, cut, or injured. Brush and floss your teeth gently. Be careful when using sharp objects, including razors and fingernail clippers.
This medicine may cause serious kidney problems. Check with your doctor right away if you have agitation, blood in the urine, coma, confusion, decreased urine output, depression, dizziness, headache, irritability, lethargy, muscle twitching, nausea, rapid weight gain, seizures, stupor, swelling of the face, ankles, or hands, or unusual tiredness or weakness.
Some men who use this medicine have become infertile (unable to have children). Talk with your doctor before using this medicine if you plan to have children."

Hope this helps your concern.
And all the best for your father and you/your concerned family
In some cases, people have been told to not sleep in the same bed at night with their spouse for at least two or three days after the Pluvicto treatment.
Interesting thing is some other people have said they were not given that warning.
There is definitely radiation outside your body after having Pluvicto.
@may12345, I can understand your concern. You were likely told special instruction regarding bathroom usage for your father. But this was an unavoidable accident and he needed your help.
Over time, the radioactive injection changes into a non-radioactive form. Since this happened on day 2, there was already less radioactive material in your father's urine. You did the right thing to wash with soap and warm water right away.
I found this information in these instructions from U of Michigan to really helpful and clear:

Cleaning up, you'll want to wash your father's laundry separately from the laundry of other members of your household for 1 week. Wash his items at least twice using a standard washing machine. You do not need to use bleach and do not need extra rinses.
Wear disposable gloves (nitrile gloves are best) for at least 3 days after treatment when helping the patient go to the bathroom or when cleaning up vomit, blood, urine, or feces.
I also recommend calling your father's medical team to ensure there is no further action that you should take. Like I said, washing immediately was the best first action.
How is your dad doing now? Is he able to get to the bathroom more easily? How are you doing?
Thank you for your response,,i did call the specialist and he assured me that cleaning my feet was enough.
My father has some side effects from pulvicto mostly dried mouth and pain in the bones.
I just had my first Pluvicto treatment two days ago. My doctor told me that this chemical has a half-life of 11.4 days. And after six/seven days, it is at an almost undetectable stage. So it decays rapidly and it exits your body pretty quickly as you go through the bathroom process. I live alone and so his cautions about not being around other people for two days or not sleeping with anyone or sitting next to them weren’t as relevant and from day three through day six keep a three or 4 foot social distance and again just be aware that you have a radioactive chemical in your body and do your best. Everybody responds a little bit different and from this I decided that after 10 days I could resume pretty much normal living.
He did say that for the first three/four days to keep the bathroom, clean and to clean up any soiled areas and if possible to have one bathroom in the house just for the person having Pluvicto. After 7 to 10 days, then just keep it clean as you normally do.
I have grandchildren, and he told me to limit contact with them and anyone else who may be of child bearing age. From day one to three you are pretty much isolating yourself and then from day 3 to 8 or maybe day 10 you have a social distance of three or 4 feet. And after day 10, you can resume normal contact or resume sleeping with your wife or sitting next to people without adverse effect
I also wanted to mention that he said to drink lots of water and to avoid having a dry mouth. Increasing water intake helps flush the kidneys out, and that is beneficial as that is where most of the Pluvicto is exiting your body.
