Elevating my head in bed helps my Neuropathy in my feet

🤔 Interesting! I Only get Neuropathy when I lay down in bed. All day long nothing and sitting in my chair nothing.
I am assuming it's coming from my Lumbar area and then shooting down both legs into both feet.
I have a remote bed and I will try elevating my head tonight. Thank You! 🤞
