I have post COVID neuropathy in my feet. My doctor prescribed infusions of gamma gard (gamma globulin), which I am in the process of completing. After maybe 8 or 9 infusions I started tell a difference. I have had maybe 22 or so infusions and most of my neuropathy has gone away. It has not improved my dizziness or balance, but my feet are much better.
