@irenea8 Last year or maybe the year before last I had a mild case of covid and doctor put me on paxlovid. Yes, I rebounded and the 2nd time was much worse than the first time. Then I regretted being on paxlovid but hindsight is 20/20 and the my PCP was trying to prevent severe symptoms, hospitalization etc. The problem is that if you are going to benefit from paxlovid you need to start it at the very beginning of a covid diagnosis.

I'm not sure what I might do this time around. On one hand twice a day air clearance is an excellent way to keep the airways open. On the other, respiratory symptoms can progress pretty quickly. Have you been on paxlovid?
