@mikaylar I wear custom made orthotics in my shoes. These are measured and ordered by a podiatrist. The most recent orthotics that were made for me help me to walk straight with minimal pronation or supination to the side in both of my feet, and I’ve noticed that my hips and lower back feel better too. Medicare did not pay for my orthotics and they cost me about $200. I feel the orthotics are well worth the cost. I asked for my friends for a recommendation for a podiatrist and I found one that I think is very good.
