At near-81, I am nowhere physically what I was in my twenties; we all lose physically, but mentally we get Better until very late. What I've found is that living a life of purpose that spurs me to be in best-possible shape is all I can do to stave off As Much and As Long what eventually comes our way. I believe If there is a strong Reason to Live (purpose/reason), it can lead us to eat well, be physically active, manage stress, and possibly most important, have a few close friends who energize each other with Mentally stimulating activities. Even Dementia Symptoms do not appear while alive as the brain may show all the markers of Alzheimer's disease, according to the its American Organisation. Seems Nature helps us if we live life the way we are born to, it seems!

Yes, I blame my early symptoms of Dementia to lack of friends that I am seeking out feverishly each day.

Thank you. That’s great that you are well balanced. My challenges are a bit involved with spine and osteoarthritis issues that involves nerve pain and etc.
