Well for me it just seemed like the high dose stopped working, suppose depends how long you’ve been on it.
I take pregabalin as found it better then gabapentin. But know those medications work differently for everyone. Plus unfortunately pregabalin cause’s water retention, so I gain weight easily on it.
But definitely talk to your doctor.
