Thanks for the response. I thought about the flap but it sounds too scary and even more long recovery after. I am thinking about fat grafting though. Thanks again.

What is difference?
I had fat taken from belly. Put into mastectomy breast. Look and feel better than years ago.

Did you do the fat grafting or something else? I am going through proton now and read something to the effect that there's a certain window of time where you should get the fat grafting done to help with radiation fibrosis. I don't know where to go, it seems like a minority of women get the fat grafting alone. I had small breasts previously, so I would be happy with just an A cup.
