Wow you’re on a high enough dose of gabapentin, and supposedly it’s works good with Amitryptline. But I found that my body got used to the high doses that I had my doctor bring me down to a lower dose, which takes time as you don’t want to cold turkey stop it. But I found that the nerve medication was causing me pain too. So I tried staying on a lower dose. As the higher dose wasn’t helping me much.
As per crème did not work at all even with lidocaine.
