I just started Evenity last August. I had neck pain after my first and second dose. It seems to appear about two weeks after each injection. I just took Aleve and after a day or two the pain subsided. I hope this helps.

@susaniqbal my friend and I both had side effects at 11-12 days into Evenity each time and I read that that is when it peaks (peak of action). So for us, the side effects dissipated as the peak declined.
