Good morning! My Arikayce routine was to do nebulizing of albuterol, followed by saline, then do airway clearance. After that was completed, I would nebulize Arikayce. Yes, I would often have some addition mucus come up after the Arikayce. Not massive -- just basically one cough to clear it out. I did have hoarseness around week 2 but it went away in a few weeks and never came back. Hoping you are getting it as well, but either way thanks so much for participating in the trial!!
