Glad it’s not autoimmune for you.

I was sick for 3-4 weeks with a respiratory bug just a few weeks before the initial palpitations started, I never tested for Covid but am highly suspicious that is what it was, as everyone in our household had it and it took all of us awhile to recover, different than a typical bug.

B12 and thyroid have been normal, BP has been normal too.

only labs that have been consistently off are wbc and neutrophils, and glucose. All high.

Glucose is high? Did they do A1c? That would get my attention if high. I have type 1 diabetes. It can cause an assortment of symptoms.

Also, ref. you being sick prior to symptoms commencing. My neurologist and ENT at Duke say 1 negative covid test doesn’t mean you don’t have it. I had classic symptoms right before most of my symptoms hit. Unfortunately, even if it is post covid, there’s not much known about how to treat it.
