Yes some medications it is possible, But for Losartan ..examle 75mg of prescription is not a dose recommended by the phama. just fyi

Agreed. I know it’s not the ideal thing to do but in some instances, they don’t make smaller doses. My beta blocker was a prime example. I only needed 2.5 mg but they’re no longer made, at least in the US.
