Hi
My feet get very hot especially at night I also suffer from arthritis and experience low grade pain constantly
I found taking Benfotiamine 500mg per day helpful for cooling my feet According to directions you can take up to 1000mg per day

Welcome @macb, It's good to hear you have found something that helps provide relief from your symptoms. I suffer from arthritis along with my neuropathy but I only have numbness and no pain with the neuropathy. I take Thiamine B1 50mg daily along with other supplement to hopefully help slow or stop the progression of my neuropathy. There is some research that supports Benfotiamine (B1) as being a piece of helping nerve regeneration.
