Interesting that P1NP was higher in the evening group, while DEXA was higher in the morning group. I wonder what the REMS results would have been. I think REMS as an ultrasound is more accurate than DEXA an xray. Arthritis and fractures can contaminate DEXA results.

There might be a very simple explanation for the PINP results. If we assume that the injections were either at 9 AM or 9 PM but blood draws were at 8 AM, Then the time between injection and blood draw would be 23 hours for the morning group but only 11 hours for the evening group. Since PINP does not remain constant throughout the day, this may partially explain that result.
