I wake up in the morning with a very dry mouth. Not taking any meds and as soon as I have a sip of water, no more dry mouth all day. Wonder what that's all about....

ksdm, I use Xylitol gum and at times Biotene mouthwash for dry mouth. They both help greatly.
If your lips are dry and cracked on the sides, you may have some thrush in your mouth due to yeast overload. Ask your primary to examine your meds and take a look at the inside of your mouth or maybe your dentist.

You might want to take a look at the side effects of your meds and see if 1 or more causes dry mouth. Bless you.
