Celebrex and steroids can certainly cause gastritis. Did you have an H Pylori test done? I agree that a Hida scan for gallbladder function helps identify gallbladder problems even when CT and ultrasound are normal. It would be helpful if you could list all your symptoms and what tests/results you’ve had. Have you had pancreatic enzymes checked in blood ( lipase, amylase)? Fatty food intolerance? Vomiting? I think the upper abdominal problems are separate from the pelvic, bladder issues. If you can tell us more we can help you better.

Gallbladder, liver, kidney, back, abdomen, had mris on. Showed a small cyst on liver, kidney showed small stone. Otherwise normal dr said. Same with all ct. Syptoms all around tired, also forgot to add that i had hip surgary on may 8th and mri now showed in thar i have illopsas tendonitis and burtisis which is painful. Back to syptoms, pain radiates all over abdomen, all day usually, bending over doing anything hurts, walking more then 15 minutes Round block makes me feel like insides falling out. My pants and underwear i am wearing 2 sizes bigger Otherwise it hurts. Nasuous most of day. As of yesterday i was told i have vaginal wall prolapse, bladder fell. I had total hysterectomy in 2019. When my bladder fills it makes me even more sore and sick, when it empties i in pain 20 minutes afterwards.

Pelvic prolapses can be painful. I have had cystocele and rectocele surgeries in the past and recently have had pelvic floor issues which is also painful. My gynecologist has been most helpful with all these issues and I am now doing physical therapy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, Have you seen a gynecologist? Maybe fixing your prolapse would relieve at least some of your pain.

I sincerely hope the urogynecologist can help you. It would be interesting to know his diagnosis and what will be his plan for you.
