Yes. Covid knocked out my thyroid. My endocrinologist prescribed a cocktail of thyroid meds. She upped the dose so that I have the energy to walk up to 20 minutes at a time twice a day, clean the house as needed and welcome friends for short visits.
I still have awful brain fog, therefore my husband prepares my meds for the week in separate morning / night pill cases. The doctor has made a significant difference. The part I dislike is the regular blood work so she can monitor any changes.

I have been on some supplements for a couple months that we’re recommended by a naturopath who works with chronic fatigue. I am less fatigued but I don’t know if it’s because of the supplements, who knows!
Here’s the list:
Alpha lipoid acid 300 mg
L-carnitine 1,500 mg
Nicotinamide Riboside 500 mg
Ubiquinol 100-200mg
The b vitamins, Magnesium, and melatonin
