That is the suggested time frame for Reclast before risks of jaw necrosis and atypical femur fractures go up, according to my doctor, McCormick's book "Great Bones, " Dr. Ben Leder's YouTube video and various other sources. If letrozole is needed for 7-10, it may be worth it to continue based on DEXA scan and bone marker tests. I have no idea but your doctors can advise! I believe the risk is still low for those side effects and plenty of people being treated for cancer take even larger doses so.....
