Of course! I eat smaller more often usually. Have you tried smoothies? Filling but healthy.
I had endoscopic ablation for Barrett’s in August, and I am scheduled for an endoscopic follow up in November. The first week after the ablation, the pain was very real and I was limited to an all liquid diet in small doses. Little by little, I was able to assimilate more substantial food. I do not eat anything spicy, and I do try to eat smaller portions. Along with taking 40 mgs of omezprazole twice a day, things have been going very well.
