That’s me!!!! I have protein shakes, bananas, oatmeal, smoothies with beans in them for extra protein spinach and fruits. Cottage cheese. Greek yogurt sugar free. No spicy stuff Ofcourse. Cream of wheat. If I’m in the mood for meat I purée chicken. And veggies. Lotsa water.

I do the same. Except, I had the fundoplication operation four years ago and it really messed up my stomach. I now have Gastro paresis whatever you do, do not let them do the fundoplication operation.
