I am 38 years old and diagnosed with Gleason 3+3 as of a week ago. I did random bloodwork at the start of the year that included PSA (a test I didn't know about). It showed a high PSA (4.2) which led me to the urologist. Another PSA test of (4.7) and a biopsy was ordered. Results show Clinical stage T1c, Gleason grade 1, PSA 4.7.
