I also had the Green LIght Laser and then HOLEP.......The laser lasted about 4 weeks, then back to blockage....the HOLEP went smoothly, and would recommend this procedure.......

Could you please post if you experience burning urination sensation after HOLEP? Is there a way you can manage to reduce it? Thank you
