It is exhausting! I have ringing ever since my last bad sinus covid, and the random parts of songs showed up as well. It's like the brain acknowledging something is wrong

It's exhausting. I'm having more of it and different sounds - last night, it was like someone walking and whistling. Of course I check with others around to learn if the hear it in case it IS real. It wasn't.
It is truly making me lose my marbles and I can't afford to do that and keep working.
