Reclast was suggested as the next step for me after my 2 yr completion of Forteo/Tymlos. (Unfortunately I saw no improvement after this treatment) I decided that I didn’t want to put it into my body after doing some research. Just the idea of having a meditation inside me and no control if my body did not accept it, bothered me too much. So… after discussions with my Endocrinologist I am back on Risedronate weekly. I know it’s probably not the strongest or the best, but at least I feel in control. And, I don’t have the bloating that I had previously. I pray someday there will be a medication developed without all the side effects. And, one that actually works helps all of us.
