My doctor has ordered a compound lotion for my feet. I am picking it up today. Anyone else?

Great news for you.

I am applying Diclofenac 1% 4x daily to my ankle. My osteoarthritis can be painful but I also have PT. They work my ankle a lot there. Can't tell which helps more-- the PT or the gel.

Question: Can you use your gel long term?

That would be helpful. I may mention your compound tomorrow when I see doctor.

Have a great day!

It works really well but it’s a little sticky so I wear huge socks on my feet.

Is this process very costly?

REPLY

It depends on how much your doctor orders. I get have of my prescription 4 bottles it cost me 100.00 and last about six months or longer.
