Falling for no apparent reason: Any ideas?

Thank you! It’s the brain zaps that are the worst for me! I’ll give it another try. My doctor suggested that I begin by taking 30 mg instead of 60 for a month and then begin taking the 30 mg every other day for a month, scaling back gradually until I could quit altogether. I did get to 30 every day. But, couldn’t reduce the dosage any further. Thanks again! I’ll give it another try.

I was taking 30mg. My doctor told me to up the dose to 60mg and 2 days later, I was in the hospital with serotonin syndrome. I am sensitive to almost all medication. A couple of my friends are taking 1800mg of gabapentin, for example, but 100mg causes me to be light-headed feel weak.
