Ahh not sure I can use them. As both of the socks and insoles have little ball things on them.
A tiny piece of lint feels like a rock under my feet, and I can’t even wear slipper.
But will do a bit more research and might try the insoles first maybe.

@cindylyn The ball things are actually pointy in order to activate the nerves in the feet. In my case, although I can't walk barefoot and need socks at night to sleep, the foot recovery socks and the neuro insoles seem to "trick" the nerves and overwrite the hyper-sensation of PN. I just got a pair of the activation insoles which are a bit softer to test in my sneakers.
