Good luck with the move. My small fiber neuropathy in my feet was actually worse in hot weather but maybe the dryness of AZ may not have the same effect and hot/humid.

Also, to maintain blood sugars, it is better to eat 3-5 smaller meals/snacks that include protein and healthy fats. Eating only one meal a day is not helpful to maintain energy and blood flow and sugars throughout the day. With your blood pressure issues, it is really important you are drinking a lot of water throughout the day, too. Being dehydrated can cause lots of issues.

Oh no crap about the heat. I know when I was there in April I actually had no burning pain and was able to wear socks & shoes. So I’m hoping it will be like that when we move. We will be living up the mountain a bit so doesn’t get as hot there. Hopefully 🤞
Yeah I know it’s not great about my eating habits, I am trying to eat like half avocado, or 2 hard boiled eggs during the day or baby shrimp salads. It’s so important to eat especially with medication & diabetes. I’m from Ireland and honestly struggle with the amount of chemicals is in the food out here, that it puts me off eating, so I struggle to get an appetite.
But I’ve definitely been trying to improve and drink more water.
Wishing you the best with your small fiber neuropathy & hopefully you get relief with your pain. 😊
