Hi ya thanks for your reply.
My diabetes is under control, and my B6 , Iron, is fine. But showing high in few of my other B’s when I had my labs done. I can’t remember the results from the B6 test done but think it was fine. I do take the Alpha Lipoic Acid but haven’t noticed any improvement, sadly only deterioration for me.
I’ve my sleep study test booked, but I’m dealing with huge drops in my BP was laying down, and huge increase in Heart Rate when standing or moving, which causes off balance, and a lot of dizziness.
My feet or so bad I can’t wear any comfortable shoes, and any walking or gentle exercise is out if the question recently between my feet & feeling I might faint.
And I’m not a great eater, I try to eat at least one meal a day, but when I do eat even though I’m overweight I eat only healthy foods mainly organic.
I’m just such a complicated case, and 16 years ago I nearly died from the Vasculitis that was affecting my small blood vessels. Myself & my husband are moving from Nevada to Arizona in a month to try help. Because I believe elevation is affecting me and hoping a warmer climate will at least help with the nerve pain.
Anyway thank you I appreciate all the help and your message was very helpful.

P.S.S. Correction…TPO is a blood test of thyroid autoantibodies that can show if your immune system is attacking your thyroid. Also, I meant to include that alpha Lipoic acid and Acetyl l carnitine supplements can help control blood sugars.
