No unfortunately not OTC. You need to see a PCP or neurologist to discuss your neuropathy.

P.S. Have you ever had your thyroid checked (full blood panel of TSH, T3, T4, TPP)? Thyroid issues can be behind diabetes and heart disease. I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and treated with levothyroxine for hypothyroidism post thyroid lobectomy.

Thank you - my PCP says to use the Asper creme with lidocaine because I'm taking gabapentin (3 - 300 mg capsules 3 times a day ) and amitriptyline at bedtime.
