The DIM is supposed to clear the estrogen. I don’t know exactly what that means but ask your doctor. My endocrinologist wouldn’t prescribe the hormones. He just works with bones or wants to work with the bones and my primary care. Doctor didn’t feel confident with dosing so I’m glad that I went to a hormone Doctor Who deals with the dosing since I’ve done this before, it was pretty important to get the dose right. When I started I had no hormones and we worked for a year to find the dose. Did the dose for 10 years and went off it for 10 years and now that I’m back I’m basically doing the same dose that I was because I don’t have any hormones to speak of. I’m sure you’ll get it sorted out with the change or the DIM.
