Thanks a million for your help. I will check those discussions out.
As for my feet I don’t actually have open wounds, but it feels like that. It’s unbearable and feels like a wound on the balls of my feet and back of my toes. I keep a good eye on my feet due to diabetes.
Really appreciate your reply as I’m desperate for any relief.

Cindylyn, we could start a club, get hats, jackets the whole nine yards. As I don't do anything the easy way either... my first question as well as suggestion. Is if you've tried gabapentin I've a newly acquired neuropathy in my feet. Which I believe is being caused by an L5 impingement. But not that I highly recommend it but gabapentin took the edge off of the pain. And I believe it could help with your sleep issues as well... Not sure but hoping.
