That's so awesome Lemon Heads worked for you. Nothing really worked for me but what I did notice was if my stomach was empty, i felt more nauseous. I focused on protein diet (even though I had no appetite i made sure I still ate a little) and in the end, it got better. My mom would make me bean based protein drink (home made and it's easy, you can buy the soy milk maker and takes less than 10 minutes). Every single meals were tough but I made sure I ate something even though it was not easy, didn't want to be more nauseous. I learned my lesson after cycle 3, when the time I barely ate and drank, , then ended up at ER (where my neck lymph nodes were severely swollen and painful). After cycle 5, still nauseous but did/felt better than cycle 1-4. I forced myself to drink lots of water (and oddly, it had to be in a glass cup only) and home made soy milk and ate varieties of what I could eat.
Protein consumption (Mainlyeggs, salmon, tofu and chicken thigh); Homemade soymilk.
Vegetable consumption: Carrots, Broccoli (sometimes I can't stand looking at it but during recovery week, I try to eat it), watercress and spinach. Oh! and I make a simple homemade tomato juice (and I put a little of honey/brown sugar).
Lots of varieties of fruits and soup!
Exercise: I try to walk everyday whenever I can.
